Star Trek: Voyager, Neural Cortical Monitor-Inhibitor-Stimulator

replica movie prop

Hero replica of the small but powerful neurosynaptic medical device, capable of detecting and variably modifying cerebral theta wave activity. First seen in detail in third season episode Flashback, where it alerted The Doctor to the onset of Tuvok's virally-induced brain-damaging hallucinations. Used to block B'Elanna's implanted Enaran memories in Remember; and to monitor another stressed-out Vulcan, Ensign Vorik, in Blood Fever. Used by The Doctor to help retrieve Seven's submerged memories of being assaulted in fourth season episode Retrospect, and then used to do the reverse in fifth season episode Infinite Regress, where it helped suppress Seven's emerging subconscious assimilated personalities.

Resin and plastic, with screen accurate sequencing lights.
