This piece is from Power Rangers Turbo The movie. This is the Navigating chest that steered the ship with the rangers inserting all 5 keys to do so. This matches exactly as you can see on the stones match up 100%. This is a very heavy chest the bottom was cut for the lights to work on screen. I was able to find a very good picture of this box on one of the 1997 trading cards for Power Rangers Turbo. As you can see on the arrows so you can see the ones on screen matches this exactly!
