In the classic original series episode Nick of Time, written by Richard Matheson and starring a pre-Star Trek William Shatner, superstitious honeymooner Don Carter and his lovely wife come upon a hokey fortune telling napkin holder in a small midwestern town roadside cafe.  Although it soon seems to Don that the device's ambiguous predictions are somehow actually coming true, who's really in control - him, or the machine?

Counterbalance, in the little town of Ridgeview, Ohio.  Two people permanently enslaved by the tyranny of fear and superstition, facing the future with a kind of helpless dread.  Two others facing the future with confidence, having escaped one of the darker places... of the Twilight Zone.

Full size metal licensed replica. Functional coin slot (pennies only), lever, and card dispenser. Spring-loaded napkin dispensers on both sides, and menu slot on the back.  Plastic devil head swivels and bobbles (sculpt could be more accurate, though.)
