This is DeObia Oparei's, aka Mullion, hero oufit. Comes complete with pants and gloves. Mullion's outfit differs from those of his henchmen, in that there is a silver/black trim around the shoulders. The picture makes the outfit a bit blue, but in reality it's a deep black.
