This is an amazing huge (almost 24 inch tall) Mrs. Pickmann Creature Transformation Puppet used in John Carpenters Movie " In the Mouth of Madness".

Its a wonderful detailed and painted Puppet (almost 1/3 scale i guess) with several foam latex moveable tentacles and mutated hands holding a custom made bloody miniature Axe.

Puppet comes with a amazing lifelike puppet head w. real human hair and painted eyes & teeth. It comes on a custom made bloody moviethemed wooden display base.

This particular Puppet was very well shown too in the TV horror themed documentary "Monsterland" when FX Master Greg Nicotero (KNB) gave the crew a walkaround in his FX shop showroom.

A true masteriece from a cult classic horror movie !!!
