Mr. Edward Magorium (Dustin Hoffman) owns and manages a magical toy store and has been making and selling toys all his life. Before opening "Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium" 113 years ago, he travelled the world making children happy with his many creations. Living among the toys in the basement of the Emporium is his book builder and biographer Bellini (Ted Ludzik). Bellini is a "strongman" who was born and lives in the basement of the shop while also cataloging Mr. Magorium’s life. He creates and writes chapter after chapter while storing each Volume on a shelf. This is the hero Journal used in the 2007 film Mr. Magorium’s Wonder Emporium and contains the last part of Mr. Magorium’s life. This Journal, labeled Vol. XXX is the journal we see at the end of the film as Bellini finishes the last one putting it on the shelf. Along with the hero Journal I also have the other Volumes seen on the shelf which are just leather bound facades made to look like full books.
