Halfway through the film Leonard Maltin reviews the movie Gremlins as a segment on the fictional TV show "The Movie Police." He can be seen wearing a badge like this. The badge is made of a very dense cardboard with a gold glossy covering. The badge features a logo that says Movie Police with a picture of a Gremlin wearing a police hat.
