Starship Troopers, Mobile Infantry - W.I.A. Mobile Infantryman
original movie costume
This is a complete screen-used Starship Trooper A grade costume (yes, I chopped holes in a screen used item...) The arachnid claw sticking out of the chest and back were sculpted by me and loosely based on the screen used arachnid claws. The blood is all stage blood, and is sticky, drippy, and EXTREMELY nasty.
This costume is LOOSELY based on a combination of the Field Radio Operator, Sgt Gillespie, and Dizzy, both who were similarly impaled and killed by arachnids
The ab plate has been screen-matched to the camera wielding FedNet trooper, seen at the beginning of the film, who is skewered by a warrior bug. The precut and squibbed plate can be seen just moments before the warrior bug impales the trooper.
