Burn Notice, Michael Westen CIA ID Card

This is a fan-produced item of the CIA ID card that Michael Westen was given in Season 5 of the series. Michael's photo and signature are exactly the same as on the screen-used ID card. The fonts and seal were also matched to the screen-used details, with everything printed onto a PVC card (30 mil thickness), not laminated. The QR code on the back is even readable and displays the text data on the front of the ID. Measures 3 3/8" tall by 2 1/8" wide. Last pic shows a collection of screencaps from the show for comparison.
