This Knife was used on screen by Tyler Mane as Michael Myers in the hospital scene at the beginning of Rob Zombies Halloween 2 and also appears on the movie poster and dvd cover. I have this same knife listed as an item from Rob's Halloween remake because the property master held onto it and used it for both films.
