This is a costume worn by Merriell “Snafu” Shelton (Rami Malek) in the 2010 TV mini-series The Pacific. The costume consists of a green jacket with USMC printed on the front pocket (size XS, tagged Ep. 5, Sc. 540-556,) undershirt, green trousers (size 30,) with belt (tagged Ep. 5, Sc. 540-556,) boots (size 8, tagged Ep. 5, Sc. 540-556) boxer shorts, gaiters, helmet cover (tagged Ep. 5, Sc. 534-539,) which is screen matched to pic #3, generic carbine webbing which includes a canteen and ammo pouches. The costume also comes with a backpack containing a rubber e-tool and a true poncho. The costume was used for Episode 5 “Peleliu Landing,” and is in a production-distressed condition.
