Self Made Melting Gremlin "Movable" Display Prop from Gremlins 2: The New Batch.
The eyes can manually be moved from left to right, because of an animatronic mechanism. Both ears can move up and down and the mouth can open and close by pulling 3 small metal chains. On the base there is a right melting claw that can be positioned in different directions and also on the base there are a few bone parts, ribcage part and a spine part.
