Here is an authentic Star Trek prop from the Enterprise episode “Carpenter Street,” where Archer and T’Pol travel back in time to Earth in 2004 to stop a gruesome plot orchestrated by the Xindi. This is one of the prop medical record folders that are seen in the episode used by Leland Orser as “Loomis,” the unscrupulous blood bank worker who aided the Xindi-Reptilians in their quest to create a biogenic weapon. The file folders contain a variety of realistic medical history photocopies. (The records were created specifically for the episode and do not contain any real medical information for real people.)  This particular folder is one of two folders handed to Captain Archer by T'pol that he flips through as he is questioning Loomis about what the Xindi are doing on Earth.  This folder was one of several folders that came in an envelope directly from the Paramount auctions that states "hero folders".
