This is Lt. Colonel TC Mc Queen's Standard Costume first used in the Episode " Level Of Necessity "Air Date 1/14/96 . The episodes before this one , this costume has the Shoulder wings this Lt. Colonel Clusters . Mine does not have the wings or clusters on the shoulders . I was watching this very episode when the Fed-Ex Guy brought it up too the house, 7:30 at night 12/21/17 ! I will update the description has I watch forward episodes .
