A prop Matchbook bearing the logo's 'Treasure Chest'.

'Treasure Chest' was the name of the seedy dockyard Club where the Angels perform a memorable dance routine. The logo's on the matchbook match the unusual letter font of the large exterior sign of the Club.

The matchbook was created for set dressing for the 'Treasure Chest' Club scenes and probably, due to it's size, can not be seen on screen. Originally obtained directly from the movie's production company, Columbia Pictures.

A nice prop that indicates the lengths the set design teams go to, to set a scene.
