This is the face of a Marauder from the Battle of Vanaheim. It is a foam latex appliance which was carefully saved after removal from the actor's face. The character can be seen to the left of screen when Thor first arrives, there are featured images in The Art Of book and a small gaming figure of the character by Heroclix.
