This is Majel Barrett's Starfleet Uniform from Star Trek IV. It is currently missing one service pin on the sleeve, but other than that it is complete. Western Costume tag indicates use by Majel Barrett. UPDATE!! I have aquired an original pin for the sleeve, the sleeve is now complete!
