243 years old Mr. Magorium owns a magical toy store where all toys are magically come alive. In the basement of the store lives Bellini “the Bookbuilder” who, according to Mr. Magorium was even born there. Bellini (played by Ted Ludzic) keeps a journal ever since he could write about the life of mr. Magorium. These books (which actually are hollowed out book covers filled up with Styrofoam) can clearly be seen in the beginning of the movie when Bellini wakes up and starts to write his new stories.
