In fifth season episode A Faire to Remember, Pete and Steve investigate a series of escalating magical assaults at a Renaissance Faire. When a Merlin-style magician starts firing green lightning bolts from his magic wand, Steve's attempt to Tesla the renegade mage only results in him splitting into multiple identical wizards all firing green lightning bolts.

 

20" (51 cm) sturdy wooden wand with resin eagle's claw encasing a transparent sphere at the top. A rotating disc with multiple flashing LEDs in the head (mostly obscured by superimposed CGI onscreen) is activated by pressing an inconspicuous switch on the grip.
