This coveted prop is the Luke Skywalker REVEAL lightsaber made by eFX collectibles. It is a difficult item to collect, because there were only 1000 pieces made.
When you remove the copper cover, you see electronics and a button that flashes the green/red LEDs. Also pressing the black switch sideways, activates the simulated Kyber Crystal/Crystal focus.
