Star Trek Continues, Lolani's Knife/Dagger

This is the one and only knife/dagger that was used by title character Lolani (Fiona Vroom) in the Star Trek Continues episode "Lolani." The Knife is prominently seen in the beginning of the episode. The knife itself is curved and about 9" long and has a metal ring attached to the back of the handle. It is made of plastic painted to look like metal with red jewels added and gold trim tape on the thick side of the blade.

This was acquired directly from the Property Master of Star Trek Continues who made/dressed the prop. 

He provided some background information on the knife:  “I added that gold trim tape and red jewel on the edge just as the scene was beginning to film with the knife at the throat of the transporter chief. I didn't realize until the shot was set-up how closely the knife would be seen so I quickly added those bits. At one point Vic (Mignogna) bit off the end of the tape because it was sticking up. I trimmed it to the point but the very end wouldn't stay stuck down so he just took it off with his teeth. That same trim tape was used around all of the glassware in the dining room scene. If you look closely you can see it around the top of the glasses and pitcher.”
