One of the most iconic and recognizable movie props in horror film history.....This is the hero, one of a kind, fully working chainsaw (with metal blade) used by Andrew Bryniarski as Leatherface in Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning.
This is the only 100% working, fully functional chainsaw to come directly from Newline Cinema, and the only working chainsaw used by Andrew Brynarski to have a Newline Cinema COA. The custom display and Leatherface framed picture was also designed by Newline Cinema and were included with the chainsaw.
This chainsaw was used for all cutting scenes, all close up shots of the chainsaw, and all of the shots when Leatherface is seen starting the chainsaw. This is also the chainsaw sitting on the table in the beginning of the film when Leatherface walks up to it and grabs it for the first time. It weighs over 25lb and is still covered with blood, traces of hair, and even flesh.
The chainsaw can be easily matched up in about 80% of the film. It was also used for public promotions, special events, as well as the special features on the DVD. Its still full of gasoline and works as it should.
