In Scream 4 (Scre4m), several scenes show the town square decorated to morbidly celebrate the anniversary of the Woodsboro murders. The Ghostface has become a decoration, as white faces adorn the lampposts put there by teenagers.
This prop is screen-used, made of a hard styrofoam and attached to a cloth hood. The light would come out of a hole in the mouth. Town workers are seen removing them and handing them to Sheriff Dewey Riley (David Arquette) and Deputy Judy Hicks (Marley Shelton).
