This is the original pair of M.I. boots, worn by Lawrence Monoson in his role as the Psychic Pavlov Dill in the sequel movie Starship Troopers 2 - Hero of the Federation. The boots show signs of blood from Dill's death scene, and are both labelled as "Dill".
