of Klingon Chancellor, Gorkon.
These restraints are approximately 8 3/4 inches wide and approximately 4 inches tall.
They are about 1.5 inches in thickness
Restraints can open and close, stick together using imbedded
Neodymium magnet to stay closed.
Hand holes are about 2 3/4 inches in diameter
Restraints weigh about 10 oz.
Restraints have been weathered, and "dirt-scuffed" for aged and used appearance.
