I too have one of these!!
One of many ceremonial spears held by members of the gallery during the Klingon trial of Kirk and McCoy. The spear consisted of a bulb within a painted resin flame on a metal pole, connected to a simple battery pack; the light functioned but mine was broken off when I discovered it at the warehouse.
