You can catch brief glimspes of these in a couple shots in the film and were used by Jorma Taccone during filming of the “Operation: Fiscal Jackhammer” montage. These particular screen-used pieces are prints, but used on screen. They were obtained originally from a fellow yourprops member who got them from the Paramount pictures backlot Premiere Props company a long time ago. A bit of an oddity of a prop, but nevertheless a very cool addition!
