This is a fake latex pregnant stomach bump which was used in the season 2 episode Deliverence when Katrina is suddenly pregnant with a demonic force.
The item is very large and heavy with an oily texture, there are circlets at the sides for it to be attached and there is a hold in the underside which would allow someone inside to move to give the appearance of the baby moving.
