From the 35th season of Survivor - "Heroes vs Healers vs Hustlers" which was filmed in Fiji is Katrina Radke's (Olympian) Levu Survivor torch, sadly she was voted out on Day 3 by her entire tribe.
This torch matches up to it's on screen perfectly and was signed by the host Jeff Probst.
