The Twilight Zone, Kanamit Book

In a classic episode, nine foot tall aliens called the Kanamit arrive on Earth, seemingly benign, friendly, and ready to give us advanced technology that will solve all human woes.  One Kanamit, after addressing the UN, leaves behind a mysterious black book.  Preliminary analysis shows that the title of the book is To Serve Man, suggesting that they are indeed truly here to help us, but the contents of the book remain otherwise undecipherable. 

Soon, the benevolent Kanamit offer humans the amazing opportunity to visit the paradise that is their homeworld.  Michael Chambers, who had been working on decrypting the Kanamit book, volunteers for the journey, but as he is climbing into the spaceship, his assistant Patty runs up and cries out to him, "Mr. Chambers, don't get on that ship! The rest of the book To Serve Man, it's... it's a cookbook!"

How about you? You still on Earth, or on the ship with me? Really doesn't make very much difference, because sooner or later, we'll all be on the menu...all of us.
