24, KIM BAUER'S DAY 1 "ICONIC" OUTFIT !

This is the instantly recognizable complete outfit worn by Elisha Cuthbert who portrayed Kim Bauer in Day 1 of the iconic TV series "24" starring Kiefer Sutherland. This red top, jeans, sandals, and "stunt" tennis shoes are worn by Kim throughout many of the action scenes when she and her mom Teri Buaer are held hostage by the villain Ira Gaines in Day 1. What makes this outfit so special is that it features the ONE-OF-A-KIND stunt tennis shoes that were hand painted by the 24 wardrobe department for Elisha to wear during the challenging action sequences where she had to run through the woods. These specific handpainted stunt shoes are talked about on a youtube video clip by the 24 Costume Designer Jim Lapidus and the 24 costume supervisor Jean Rosone.
