This is a original piece of the makeup prosthetics as worm by Clare Higgins as Julie Cotton in Hellraiser 2: Hellbound. Much of the makeup prosthetics would have been destroyed when being removed from her face...this is a nice section still fully intact and a perfect screen match to this classic film.
