Earth: Final Conflict, Juda Atavus Cleaves

Original screen-used movie props from the sci-fi tv series "Earth Final Conflict" by Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry. During the fifth season of the hit series, these cleaves were worn by the female Atavus "Juda", portrayed by actress Guylaine St-Onge and can be clearly seen on screen. With these cleaves Juda was able extract the life energy of humans to secure her own existence. The costume and stage designer Stephen Roloff and executive producer David Kirschner agreed to give the cleaves an even more eerie and frightening look for the fifth season. No one less than SFX-master and makeup specialist Alan Cooke was trusted with the realisation of their intention.
The protheses are connected by wires (disguised as veins) to a pack of batteries to allow the cleaves to glow in two stages (bright and very bright). The mechanism is still working and functional.
For display, the latex gloves have been put on massive hands made from hard plaster.
The prop comes with a certificate issued by the production company "TRIBUNE ENTERTAINMENT".
