This is Johnathan Brecks prescription contact lenses used through out the filming of the 2001 film 'Jeepers Creepers'.
This set of contact Lenses gave the Creeper (Johnathan Breck) his white catarac looking eyes, The contacts are in the original marked prescription viles which are inside of the container with the optometrist information still on the box.
This set of contacts were also used during photo shoots and publicity shots of the Creeper.
