This is the very first full size Creeper Make-up "concept" design before Jeepers Creepers 1.
This design was rejected by the films director Victor Salva because it resembled an alien.
Make-up and effects designer Brian Penikas painted this one of a kind sculpture in the style of the 1960's TV series "The Outer Limits" as a homage to the great John Chamber.
This is signed by both the artist and designer and is the only one in existance. Comes with complete documentation and paperwork.
