This is an outfit that I am very happy to have aquired. In Season 4/Episode 6, Javi is seen wearing this outfit during his critical conversation with Omar Navarro. Omar is stepping down from being the leader of the Cartel, and "handing off the torch" to Javi. The outfit includes his gold, dual rope necklace.
