This is a real Shumacher Fleet Multi Amp Charger that was purposely production distressed with dirt and grime. This device used to torture Jack Bauer can be easily screen-matched by the matching dirt and grime stains on the front along with the other matching characteristics. This piece is one-of-a-kind and was utilized in an especially viscious scene where Bauer is strung up in the air and electrocuted repeatedly with the battery charger by the Russian terrorist "Dimitri". Jack eventually had enough of this truly "shocking" treatment (LOL) and escaped while strangling Dimitri with his classic leg clamp !
