This is a one of a kind screen used rubber arm used in Jeepers Creepers 1.
During the scene in the police station where the guard catches the Creeper eating the hand of a inmate (to regenerate his own damaged hand) this arm can be seen in the close up scene. The rest of the snake tatoo (missing from this arm intentionally) is later seen on the Creepers own hand when he is behind a two way mirror in the interrogation room.
