Leary creates this plastic gun to slip past security into a re-election campaign dinner for the President of the United States. Malkovich faces off against the Secret Service agent assigned to protect the president, Frank Horrigan (Clint Eastwood). When at the hotel where the President is staying, Leary assembles the weapon under the party table, and had previously hidden the ammunition in a rabbit's foot keychain, and the springs in a pen.
