The costume consists of a reptilian facemask with illuminated eyes, a large rubber headpiece and a long red satin robe with dark red leather "scale" appliqués. Although being the supreme ruler of the Cylon Empire, the Imperious Leader's on-screen apprearances were limited to a handful of episodes including the pilot episode "Saga of a Star World" as well as the regular episodes "Lost Planet of the Gods, Part 1", "The Living Legend, Part 2" and the "Galactica 1980" episode "Space Croppers".
