Star Trek: Voyager, Hirogen Hypospray

Static hero Hirogen hypospray, used by The Doctor to treat B'Elanna Torres in the episode Flesh and Blood. Subsequently modified for use as a Quarren injector in the episode Workforce (modifications since removed).

 

Resin, machined aluminum and brass. More than a passing resemblance to Soran's pistol from Star Trek Generations.
