as close to the original sword used in the film, i made the tsuba screen accurate buy first casting one in wax, aging and cutting the inside to match the film, then casting it in bronze. i weathered as close as i could to the original, the handle was pulled from the original production mold with all film defects left in place, infused with kevlar/carbon fibers! the handle was aged to replicate the very used bone handle.. i put a multi folded blade on it and to make it battle ready.
