It's a piece of crap.
In fourth season episode Machinery of the Mind, Dylan Hunt is detained for questioning by High Guard bailiffs, but soon realizes that they are working for the Collectors, who plan to force Dylan to join them by any means necessary. Escaping their custody and missing his force lance, Dylan has to make do with a simple blaster as he makes his way to freedom, rescuing a key scientist along the way.
Repainted vacuform plastic blaster pistol, with metal barrel tip and depressible trigger.
