These "Hidden Immunity Idol Rules" can be seen in Survivor: Cagayan. After finding an idol clue during the reward in episode 7 ("Mad Treasure Hunt"), Spencer goes on to find the idol in the same episode, and these rules come enclosed with it. Note: this particular set of rules applies to the "normal/regular" idols in this season (as opposed to the rules for the "Super Idol", discovered by Tony).
