This is a fan-made replica, made by me, of the wrist communicator seen in the first film. Build comprised of a hollow fiberglass shell with painted aluminum wrist band (lined with black felt as the screen-used originals were) with details accurate to one of the screen-used originals. Also features self-contained electronics, whereas the set-used originals had a wire snaking down the sleeve of the actor\'s costume to a bulky power supply attached at thier waist. Someone else\'s side-by-side comparison to a wrist comm shell obtained directly from HMS Studios shows my replica to be accurate in size within a few millimeters. Shown pictured next to the static unit also in my collection.
