This is one of the Martian Eyeball Ring's used in the outstanding tribute to 1950’s B movies, Mars Attacks. This ring is from the famous scene were the Martian spy girl uses the ring to see her way through the White House. The martian kills Martin Short and then uses the eye to see her way into the President’s bedroom (Jack Nicholson).
