Star Trek: Voyager, Hero Hirogen Cortical Stimulator

Incredibly detailed little light up prop made for use as a cortical stimulator for the Hirogen in Voyager. I have yet to see it in any episode with the Hirogen but it is used in "Repression" in the last season. The episode even explains the red faux wire.
