Watchmen, Hero Comedian Smiley Face Pin

Exceedingly excited about this recent acquisition.

This is a hero Comedian pin from Zack Snyders WATCHMEN.

This particular pin is one of about 12 that were meticulously hand paint with blood to create this truly iconic symbol from the film and graphic novel.

This pin holds a special place for me because I had to opportunity to paint the full CG version of it as this pin flies out the window with the Comedian and lands on the ground in the film.

I have been looking for this pin ever since I started collecting screen used and production made props and costumes.

During the production, they sent me one of these hero hand painted pins to study up close in order to recreate the textures in CG. So its possible this pin I now own is the exact one they sent for reference which is a wild idea to think about.

Accompanied with a CoA signed by the prop master himself.
