A Herald is a copy of advertisements sent to newspapers "heralding" the upcoming movie(s) from a studio. They were reprinted in the newspaper. This is from Universal Studio's Dracula (1931) starring Bela Lugosi, but re-released in 1947 along with Frankenstein starring Boris Karloff as the creature.
