This is a two piece set with the heavily distressed top and pants. These are custome made and have been muddied, bloodied and torn up by production.
They can be seen near the end of the season 1 finale where Henry is telling the captured Ichabod and Katrina who he is, and this is seen in the flashback where he digs himself out of the ground.
